WHAT WE DO
Professional Land Surveyors & Planners
Our history dates back to 1975, when Steven R. Kelly, a professional land surveyor and planner, founded the business. Initially, we focused on small property surveys for clients such as realtors, lawyers, and mortgage companies. However, we soon landed several major contracts from the trustee of the Penn Central Railroad, which became a long-term partnership. Over the years, we have had the privilege to work with many of America's largest companies, such as providing surveying services for TDWR towers at eight of the East Coast's busiest airports. We have also worked on numerous major and minor subdivisions for private land developers, as well as on construction layout and inventory management projects for industrial manufacturing clients.

While working on large projects we have maintained a base of small to medium size clients in the fields of real estate, title insurance, mortgage loans and the legal profession as well as the public. We use high precision Trimble state of the art robotic and GPS equipment. All drafting is done in the latest version of Auto-Cad and Civil 3D.
